I have a Stationary Program Bike in which i use four days a week, and i use all 12 programs. I'm on the bike for no more than 60mins inwhich i play my "Smooth Jazz" from my computer and riding to the beat of the music. I average about 10 miles an hour and also burn an average of 581.5 calories. And for me, riding my bike is not boring at all, it's a challenge knowing that i did completed that program for that hour. Riding to the beat of a music and riding uphill at the same time is a good workout.
