The NordicTrack C2155 Treadmill features iFit technology. iFit are small cards that plug into your treadmill and are pre-programmed with workout routines that will help you loose weight and reach your fitness goals in under 8 weeks.

Another impressive feature of this treadmill is the Interplay MP3 Dock. This allows you to plug in your iPod or other MP3 player and listen to your workout music on two high performance speakers built into the console.

As with most NordicTrack treadmills there is also a built in fan. What is neat about this fan is that it can be set to change spped depending on how fast you are running. Almost like being a real road warrior!!
