This treadmill has a speed range of 0.5 to 12.5 miles per hour with a pre-lubricated belt and running deck that requires no waxing. The Star Trac P-TR Treadmill displays all heart rate data and has constant heart rate control. There are 9 pre-programmed workouts including a fitness test, dynamic heart rate control and the firefighter test. Scrolling data lets users know how much time has elapsed as well as how much distance has been travelled.
